What’s on the menu? A normal demand in eateries, also at Kwartelenmarkt 11 op 3. But with us you will not find a menu for making your choice. We work as much as possible with fresh products and surprise you with pure flavors on the basis of that changing range.

Roel Welles tells you at your table what he can serve you. He makes a personal menu based on daily fresh products, which is put together in consultation. In this way, it is a surprise what you are going to eat every time you visit Kwartelenmarkt 11 op 3. If there are certain ingredients that you do not want or are not allowed to eat, Roel will of course take this into account. The Kwartelenmarkt is a place that has traditionally been linked to food. From the fourteenth century until after the Middle Ages, quail was traded here – as the name suggests. And in the first half of the nineteenth century there was a mill on this square that was used to grind grain and pepper.

I am telling you this because at Kwartelenmarkt 11 op 3 we link up in a contemporary way to regional agricultural and culinary traditions. Whenever possible, we source the products for our dishes directly from local growers, butchers and bakers. Because we are proud of the products that this region produces. Because it is precisely what you get up close that is fresh and therefore the tastiest.

Kerstdiner bij Kwartelenmarkt 11 op 3!

Op kerstavond, eerste en tweede kerstdag zijn wij geopend.
Deze dagen wordt er een overheerlijk en verrassend kerstmenu geserveerd.
Uiteraard houden we rekening met wensen, allergieën en diëten.

Reserveren op deze dagen kan vanaf 18.00 uur.

5 gangen voor € 76,50 per persoon.

Alle kerstdagen zijn helemaal vol gereserveerd.

 

Oudejaarsavond Sylvester diner bij Kwartelenmarkt 11 op 3

Op de meest bijzondere avond van het jaar kunt u komen genieten met familie, vrienden en/of partner bij Kwartelenmarkt 11.
Wij zullen zorgen dat u 2022 culinair zal afsluiten en dat u uiteraard 2023 toastend begint met een glas Champagne.

Aanvang is tussen 18.30 uur en 20.00 uur (U bepaald zelf hoelaat) er zal per tafel gekookt worden en 5 luxe gangen worden geserveerd.

Het arrangement bestaat uit: Een welkomst cocktail, 5 luxe gangen en Champagne om 0.00 uur voor € 98,50- per persoon (excl. verdere drankjes)

(Gelieve voor 18.00 uur) dan reserveren wij graag telefonisch een tafeltje voor u indien mogelijk. Wilt u reserveren voor een andere datum? Dan kunt u een aanvraag doen in het onderstaande formulier tot een maximaal aantal van 5 personen.  Wilt u met meer dan 5 personen reserveren kunt u het beste even via mail contact opnemen wij vragen een aanbetaling van € 10.00 per persoon ivm late afmeldingen. Het Japanse menu is ook te reserveren via de suggestie in het reserveringssysteem, deze gelieve 2-3 dagen van te voren maken en aanbetalen deze aanbetaling is €50.00 per persoon doordat wij de luxere producten inkopen.                U ontvangt altijd een mail terug met een bevestiging of afwijzing. Check voor de zekerheid ook als u niets gehoord heeft u ongewenste mail.
